We are thrilled to share that Haripriya Moothedath Satheesh was officially recognised as the GFUMP Mentee of the Year at the The Federation of Piling Specialists Awards, held last Friday evening in London at the Hilton London Bankside. The award was proudly presented by Ebenezer Adenmosun, founder of the scheme, marking a wonderful moment of celebration for both Haripriya and the Ground Forum mentoring community.

Haripriya’s journey has been anything but conventional. Joining the programme towards the end of her master’s studies meant she didn’t follow the typical work-experience route but what she did demonstrate was exceptional resilience, commitment, and growth.
Throughout her time on the programme, she has:

• Built her confidence and proactively engaged with opportunities in the ground engineering sector.
• Tackled job applications and interviews with determination.
• Balanced personal milestones including completing her academic commitments and learning to drive all in support of her professional development.
